written for the protection of both the buyer and the seller and when signed becomes
legal and binding.

This kitten is sold as
a: Pet or Breeder . All pet kittens must be either spayed or
neutered prior to one year of age. Registration papers are available
with proof of spaying or neutering. Health is guaranteed for 72 hours
from time of purchase. We strongly recommend that you take your new
kitten to your veterinarian as soon as possible for the protection of
the kitty, the buyer and the seller. If the kitten is found to be
unhealthy, or found to be suffering from a previously undiagnosed
congenital defect, it may be exchanged for another kitten of equal
value. A replacement kitten of comparable value and quality, as
available, will be provided at the discretion of the breeder. It is
understood that this kitten/cat will not be declawed. The breeder will
have first option of ownership if the new owners are unable to keep
their Bengal for any reason. This kitten/cat will be ready to go on
_______________. If the kitten/cat is being shipped, all shipping costs
will be the responsibility of the buyer.

In the event of death in
kittens up to 6 months of age, from the kittens
birth date. If, your veterinarian, suspects a kitten has died due to any
disease, deformity, physical condition, illness or defect that is
congenital or
hereditary or likely to have been contracted on or before the sale and
delivery of the kitten to the buyer. A necropsy must be performed to
determine cause of death. Failure to have a necropsy performed will void
all health warranties, and no replacement of the kitten and or cash will
be
issued. The veterinarian must certify, in writing, that the cause of
death
in his opinion is the responsibility of the breeder.
A statement, setting forth the cause of death and the clinical
bases for that conclusion is required. The statement must contain:

The date(s) of all examination of the kitten.

The breed, color, sex and age of the kitten.

A clear statement of the veterinarians findings and/or
diagnosis, including the clinical bases for them, and copies of all
relevant tests and reports.

A specific statement
that the veterinarian certifies that the kitten has died from a condition in which the breeder is
responsible.
Replacement
only. No cash refunds.
Under no circumstances does the breeder assume any medical expense other
than those of the breeders' veterinarian and only after the kitten is
returned.
No warranties exist for kittens older than 6 months of age, with one
exception, If the cat/kitten died due to feline infectious peritonitis
proven by a necropsy with in 6 months from the date of sale a
replacement kitten will be offered when one of like quality or equal
value becomes available.
This kitten is being
transferred to the purchaser with the following health evaluation:

relating to this kitten is described below.
